1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using DealBHP.in, or by making a payment for any service on the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By proceeding, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

2. Services DealBHP.in provides paid automotive consultation services, a used car listing platform, and seller contact unlocking services.

3. User Accounts Users must provide accurate information when creating accounts or submitting enquiries. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Consultation Services 4.1 Nature of Service DealBHP.in offers a paid consultation service. All consultation payments are non-refundable once processed.

4.2 What Is Included Depending on the plan selected at the time of booking, the consultation may include: - A 30-minute or 60-minute audio consultation call, as per the selected plan; - Suggested car options based on the information you provide; and - Voice note support, where applicable under the chosen plan.

4.3 When the Service Is Considered Delivered The consultation service is considered fully delivered once the consultation call has been completed and recommendations have been shared with you. From that point, the service shall be treated as complete.

4.4 No Refunds After Delivery No refund will be issued, claimed, or accepted after the service has been delivered, including where you are not satisfied with the suggestions, options, or final outcome of the consultation.

4.5 Customer Responsibility All recommendations are based solely on the information provided by you during the consultation process. The final purchase decision remains your sole responsibility.

4.6 Advisory Nature This consultation is advisory in nature only. It does not guarantee any specific outcome, vehicle performance, ownership experience, or financial result.

4.7 Limitation of Liability — Consultation Debdeep Sen, and any associated team member or consultant engaged through DealBHP.in, shall not be held liable for any purchase decision taken by you, or for any financial loss, dissatisfaction, ownership-related issue, vehicle performance concern, or after-sales or service-related experience arising from or connected with any vehicle considered, shortlisted, or purchased following the consultation.

5. Listing Services Sellers pay a listing fee of ₹499 per vehicle. Listings are active for 90 days and are subject to admin approval. Listing fees are non-refundable once payment is processed, including if you withdraw your listing.

6. Contact Unlock Buyers pay ₹299 per listing to unlock seller contact details. This fee is non-refundable once payment is processed.

7. Payments All fees charged on DealBHP.in are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances once payment has been processed, except where required by applicable law.

8. Prohibited Activities Users may not post fraudulent listings, misrepresent vehicle conditions, or engage in any illegal activities on the platform.

9. General Limitation of Liability DealBHP.in acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We do not guarantee the condition, availability, pricing, or suitability of any listed vehicle. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DealBHP.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.

10. Modifications We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai jurisdiction.
